I believe in the power of the Sacred Interior, and I believe that it is tender, courageous work to approach, rediscover and enliven our own Sacred Interior landscapes. This is the realm of all manner of mystical experiences. This is where we listen to our dreams, consult with unseen beings, journey out of body, and remember our true selves. This is where we deeply feel life moving through us, and in turn remember what it feels like to be alive. This is where we listen to the wisdom of our bodies, and find that our bodies are connected to the wisdom of the cycles and seasons of the Earth. This Sacred Interior landscape is where we approach and bear the truth that we will face death, and where we decide what we want to do and who we want to be during our precious time on this planet. When we begin to take our Sacred Interior worlds seriously and reclaim the gifts from our own abandoned dark and bright shadows, we are able to become warriors of fierce, radical, unconditional love. We become who we came here to be, and no longer waste our time trying to fit into a world we were meant to enliven and enchant. It is an honor to walk with you on that journey, for the benefit of all beings.

I am an author, a podcaster, and work with clients in 1:1 sessions. I have been initiated into Sarah Durham Wilson’s Maiden to Mother lineage, offering women a pathway to mature feminine leadership, and much of my work is guided by the mythical framework of the ancient Sumerian story, the Descent of Inanna. I am a lifelong learner, and have certification in the Somatics of Attachment through The Embody Lab by Dr. Scott Lyons, as well as to guide both Past Life and Between Life Regression from Dr. Linda Backman at RavenHeart Center, and am certified by the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Institute of Colorado as a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist. I have received First and Second Degree Reiki placements through the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki system and use gentle Reiki and energy work when preparing my space for clients. For those who follow Human Design, I am a Projector, ready to offer support. I am a lifelong spiritual seeker and practitioner. My highest devotion is my life in service to all beings, including our precious planet.
