Using a combination of coaching, somatics, guided hypnosis, and energetic work, we can address a wide variety of options and topics. Regardless of the focus of our work, I view these sessions through the transpersonal perspective. This means we explore what is beyond the personal. We take into account the whole persona, spiritual aspects of our lives and the higher and deeper meaning of the challenges and opportunities we face. This is an integrative, holistic approach that supports all aspects of the self and allows for profound transformation.

Helpful when working through a particular issue or question, and for exploring different potential timelines around decisions. The Tarot are reflective, and can guide us to the answers we already have within.

Meet the Guides

We all have access to assistance on our journeys, and this session can help you get connected with your unseen team. You communicate directly with your guide(s) ask detailed questions, remove blocks, and transforms long-held energies and beliefs in real time so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence. These sessions are powerful, transformative, and gentle. You leave the session with names and qualities of your guides, actions to take, new perspectives, and an entry point into a lifelong relationship with your personal helpers.

Past Life/Between Life Regression or Customized Journey

Past Life and Between Life Regressions can help us understand how the past effects your current life, and illuminate areas of focus for this lifetime. These sessions can reveal unexpected wisdom, shift behaviors and patterns that no longer serve, and gently guide you onto a new path. Customized journeys may include communicating with and integrating different aspects of self, resolving internal struggles, igniting creativity, and much more. You set the pace and watch the changes unfold into your life.

I hold certification through the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Institute of Colorado for Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis, as well as through the RavenHeart Center for Past Life and Between Life Soul Regression. I have been initiated into the Maiden to Mother lineage, offering women a pathway to mature feminine leadership. I have received First and Second Degree Reiki placements through the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki system and use gentle Reiki and energy work when preparing my space for clients. I am not a mental health professional or medical doctor, and you should discuss any recommendations with your primary care physician or mental health professional. I am covered by liability insurance applicable to any injury caused by an act or omission. I am a coach, space holder, and supportive teammate. Our work together is not intended to treat or diagnose mental or physical health issues.
